Deli Line Cook Responsibility includes:

Ability to follow recipes/Customer service
Cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing food.
Grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods.
Broiling, sauteing, frying, or baking meats, poultry, and fish.
Preparing sauces, marinades, soups, stocks, and salads.
Preparing and cooking food in a specific station.
Cleaning up prep areas.
Washing dishes & cleaning floors
Making sure the kitchen is stocked.
Maintaining a sanitized work environment.
