About the Role
We're looking for creative, detail-oriented women with a passion for marketing, branding, and storytelling to join our team as Marketing Associates!
At The Pink Pineapple, marketing goes far beyond posting on social media. Every email, website update, product launch, graphic, and campaign plays a role in creating an elevated customer experience and bringing our brand to life.
This position is perfect for someone who loves both the creative and organizational sides of marketing. You'll help execute launches, keep our website fresh and engaging, communicate with thousands of customers through email and SMS, and ensure every customer touchpoint reflects The Pink Pineapple brand.
No two days look exactly the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, learning new skills, and working in a fast-paced, growing business.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with email, SMS, and app marketing campaigns
- Updating and merchandising our Shopify website, including homepage banners, collections, and product pages
- Helping prepare and execute new product launches
- Creating graphics and marketing assets using Canva and other design tools
- Assisting with social media content planning, photography, and behind-the-scenes marketing initiatives
- Helping maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Coordinating promotional campaigns, sales, and special events
- Organizing marketing assets, calendars, and project timelines
- Monitoring marketing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure products, promotions, and launches are executed accurately and on time

Marketing, communications, graphic design, social media, ecommerce, or retail experience is a plus—but curiosity, creativity, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are what matter most to us.
