What You’ll Do
Run pre-set in-home appointments with
homeowners
- Listen to customers’ needs and design the best window/door solution
- Present options, educate customers, and build trust
- Create estimates and explain installation methods clearly
- Guide homeowners to make a smart decision — no hard pressure
- Follow up with customers and manage your own pipeline
- Close deals professionally, honestly, and consistently

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn products quickly
- Comfortable with homeowner consultations
- Sales experience (home improvement preferred, but not required if you’re a fast learner)
