About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an LMHC at CHE Behavioral, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate and cost-effective behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling services to patients in a variety of settings, including long-term care and rehabilitation centers
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to address the mental health needs of patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in staff development and training programs to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling

Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Pennsylvania
Strong clinical skills and experience working with older adult patients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
