We are seeking a candidate to fill our open Kitting/Assembly position.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
This position is vital in ensuring that our kitting processes run smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for the assembling of kits that comprise various packaging components, utilizing your expertise to streamline processes and minimize waste. In this role, you will work closely with production teams, quality control, and inventory management to ensure that all kitting operations meet established timelines and specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in efforts to maintain warehouse organization, ensure that goods are stored in the correct locations, and implement measures to minimize loss or damage.
- Demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot Bill of Materials (BOM) issues, inventory shortages, and packaging substitutions.
- Employees should accurately build products according to specifications, including conducting a visual inspection for defective components during the build process.
- Maintain proper communication with the Operations Manager regarding any resource or labor needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in assembly and packaging processes
- High proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with warehouse management software is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- A keen eye for detail, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma required, associate’s degree or higher preferred.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
