WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:

Assciate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and previous exposure within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry.

Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communication)

Shift: Administrative & according to business needs

Experience in:

Troubleshooting molded parts; prior molding experience strongly preferred.

Reading and interpreting CAD drawings and part specifications; basic CAD manipulation is a plus.

Supporting documentation such as purchase orders (POs), supplier quotes, protocols, and non-conformances (NCs/NRs)

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

Support engineering activities related to molded medical device components.

Troubleshoot part- and process-related issues involving molded parts.

Measure and inspect components to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

Read, interpret, and apply CAD drawings and engineering documentation..

Assist with creation, review, and execution of engineering protocols.

Support non-conformances (NCs) and non-routine reports (NRs), including documentation and follow-up.

Prepare purchase orders (POs) and request supplier quotations as needed.

Coordinate with suppliers, including molding vendors, to resolve technical and quality issues.

Assist engineering and quality teams with documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of responsiveness.
