Location: Bethel, MN
Wage: $19.00/hr.
Schedule: 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday – Thursday, Occasional Friday overtime available

Duties of the entry-level manufacturing associate:
- Build structural wood components by following blueprints and work instructions
- Use hand tools, nail guns, hammers, and measuring tools
- Measure, cut, and align materials accurately
- Lift and move materials and completed products throughout the shift
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements of the entry-level manufacturing associate:
- Bring your own hammer
- Steel-toe boots required
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. regularly
- Ability to read a tape measure
