This is a hands-on training position. Candidate must have strong people skills and a pleasant personality for guest interactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming salon experience.
- Assist in hair styling and basic cosmetology services under supervision, while adhering to sanitation standards.
- Maintain salon cleanliness and organization, including tools and workstations.
- Support retail sales by promoting products and upselling services to clients.
- Engage in ongoing training and mentorship to develop skills in hair extensions, color theory, and other advanced techniques.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
