Hiring: Consistent Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider (FNP or PA)
We are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team, performing medical admission history and physical exams and providing medical consultation services at inpatient behavioral health facilities. We provide the management of medical issues, while behavioral issues are managed by the Psychiatric staff.
This is an excellent opportunity for providers with a strong foundation in acute care, looking for a position with a high degree of flexibility and autonomy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current licensure as an FNP or PA
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
- Prior experience in Emergency Medicine or ICU strongly preferred
(ICU or ER nursing experience prior to becoming an FNP a plus)
- Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients
- Comfort with managing medically complex or high-acuity patients
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Must live within the local area; this is an on-site position—remote or out-of-state applicants will not be considered.

Compensation:
- Pay based on patient encounters
- Estimated earnings: $100 to $125 per hour, based on per patient compensation
- Competitive, consistent income with meaningful independence
