What You'll Do
No two days are the same! You'll work alongside experienced installers to help bring comfort to homes throughout our community by:
- Assisting with the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials to job sites.
- Preparing work areas and keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe.
- Learning installation techniques from experienced Lead Installers.
- Using hand and power tools to drill, cut, assemble, and install equipment.
- Assisting with basic electrical and mechanical connections under supervision.
- Caring for company tools, vehicles, and equipment.
- Following all safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Providing friendly, professional service while working in customers' homes.
What Makes You a Great Fit

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Construction or HVAC experience is a plus—but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in learning a skilled trade.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, dependable, and eager to grow.
- Team player who enjoys working outdoors and in different environments.
- Valid driver's license preferred.

What the Job Requires
This is an active, hands-on position where you'll stay moving throughout the day.
- Lift and carry 50–75 pounds regularly.
- Work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and other confined spaces.
- Stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work with tools for extended periods.
- Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
- Overtime available during busy seasons
