Behavioral Health Technician (Mental Health/Substance Abuse)
Join our team as a Behavioral Health Technician in a Crisis Residential Program serving adults experiencing mental health or substance use crises. This program offers a safe, supportive alternative to hospitalization.
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Days and Nighs)
Duties include:
- Supervise and monitor clients in a structured setting
- Support daily living activities and appropriate behaviors
- Document observations, symptoms, and incidents
- Communicate updates to the clinical team during shift report
Requirements include:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Experience in behavioral health, residential, or human services
