Overview:
Under the director of the Branch Manager, the Warehouse/Delivery Driver will deliver HVAC parts and equipment to other branches and to our large customer base located in New York and the five boroughs. When not making deliveries, the Warehouse/Driver will be in the warehouse picking orders, receiving shipment and loading/unloading trucks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable being in the warehouse the majority of the time.
You should have:
- The ability to sit/stand for long periods of time as well as bend, twist and lift up to 75 pounds
- A clean driver’s license with no moving violations
- The ability to drive a Sprinter Van as well as a 16’ Box Truck
- Prior warehouse experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Receiving
- Picking/Packing
- Loading/Unloading trucks
- RF Scanners, Forklifts and other material handling equipment
