Before and After Care Associate (must be available 2:30pm-6pm)

We are looking for highly motivated Before and After Care Associates who will enjoy fostering a safe and warm environment for the children of our members and guests!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing a safe, warm, loving environment for the children of our members and guests
- Maintaining a sanitary and safe environment at all times
- Maintaining positive interactions with members on a daily basis
- Providing direction to members be ready to assist them with any questions or concerns, solve any problems that arise on the spot
- Consistently showing an escalating level of service mentality
- Displaying a consistently positive attitude towards members, staff, job tasks and club philosophy
- Maintaining current knowledge of club programs and services
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPR/First Aid certification
- at least one year experience in providing childcare
- one year of college
- six college credits in early childhood
- 90 or 45 hour certification in child care or education
- ADA certification
