We are seeking experienced and dedicated Nursing Supervisors for both Day Shift and Evening Shift positions at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure high-quality resident care in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
- Oversee clinical operations, staffing, admissions, and resident assessments.
- Respond promptly to resident, family, and staff concerns.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, OBRA, and infection prevention standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes.
- Mentor and coach nursing staff while fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- BSN preferred; ADN with relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of long-term care experience, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CMS and OBRA regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Infection Prevention (IP) Certification is required. Candidates who do not currently hold this certification must be willing to obtain it.

Pay: $47.00 - $50.00 per hour
