We’re a growing logistics company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Operations professional to support both the day-to-day operations. This role is essential to keeping freight moving efficiently and supporting our internal team as we continue to scale.
You’ll work closely with leadership, operations, team, owner-operators, carriers, and customers, playing a hands-on role in booking trucks, managing communication, and solving problems in real time.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily operational workflows and requests
- Work directly with our customers
- Book trucks, book carriers, and support the asset and brokerage side of the business
- Work directly with owner-operators, carriers and fleet owners to secure capacity
- Communicate load details, expectations, and updates to carriers
- Coordinate shipments, schedules, and required documentation
- Track loads, troubleshoot issues, and proactively prevent disruptions
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, carriers, and internal partners
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational data
- Assist the team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Help identify and improve processes as the company grows
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team
- Experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or operations is a plus
- Experience working with owner-operators or fleet assets is a strong bonus
- Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and logistics systems (TMS/CRM experience preferred)

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
