Kskin US is a fast growing express facial spa that uses medical grade Korean technology, with over 60 locations in Asia. We are seeking experienced Estheticians who are passionate about Korean skincare, highly customer service-oriented, and personable. This location will be open 7 days a week: Mon-Sat 10a-7p and Sun 11a-6p. We are looking for part time and full time folks to cover shifts during these times. As this is our first location in the US, we are looking for Estheticians who will carry the brand well as we continue to grow our brand in the states!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide clients with skin care consultations, develop treatment plans, and skillfully perform established K-skin treatments / massages
- Educate clients on treatment processes, including pre and post treatment care instructions
- Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered
- Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products
- Give service recommendations and rebook clients
- Follow established treatment protocols
- Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
- Attend trainings/meetings to learn K-skin treatments
- Assist with other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Esthetician license
- Willingness to learn and adapt to established protocols & methods
- Confident in providing stellar care to clients
- Takes pride in their appearance and professional skills
- Ability to assess skin condition and recommend treatments and products
- Achieve service and product goals
- Excellent time management skills
- Organized, punctual, strong work ethic
- Friendly, confident, and has a great attitude for learning
- Ability to familiarize with Kskin’s products and offerings
- Ability to be familiar with a computerized client system
- Ability to maintain a sanitary work environment
