Job Title: School-Based ERMHS Provider (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW)

Position Overview:
BlazerJobs is seeking qualified Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) professionals for a full-time, school-based opportunity in the San Francisco, CA area. This itinerant, district-wide role supports students within Early Childhood through Transition (EC–Transitions) programs, providing essential mental health services that promote student well-being and academic success.
Assignment Details:
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Setting: School-based, itinerant (district-wide)
Caseload: EC–Transitions population (additional details provided during the interview process)
Compensation:
Pay Range: $50–$55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities:
Provide ERMHS counseling and mental health services in accordance with student IEPs
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications:
Candidates must hold one of the following active California licenses:
LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor):
Master’s degree in Counseling
Completion of 3,000 supervised clinical hours
Passing scores on the California Law & Ethics Exam and the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE)
LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist):
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
Completion of 3,000 supervised clinical hours
Successful completion of required California state examinations
LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker):
Master of Social Work (MSW)
Completion of required supervised clinical experience
Active California licensure
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
