Housekeeper
- Cleaning of apartment building common areas twice monthly including hallways, laundry rooms, stairs and entryways.
- Cleaning of corporate office monthly including offices and two bathrooms.
- Hotel style cleaning of Airbnb units as needed including washing linens.
- Turnover cleaning between residents after current residents vacate and prior to new residents moving in. This includes ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, blinds, windows, etc..
The ideal person for this position is flexible! Initially the position will average 20 hours weekly however can vary from week to week. Additionally the majority of the work will be Monday - Friday however there will be the occasional Airbnb cleaning on Saturday mornings that will take about 3 hours from 10:00am - 1:00pm. Our company is growing rapidly and this position will likely work into a full time position over the next few months if the candidate is interested in that, that however would not be mandatory, an additional housekeeper could always be added.
A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
