- Coordinate the new-hire onboarding process and ensure required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files.
- Assist employees and managers with general HR questions and direct more complex matters to the appropriate HR team member.
- Support benefits administration, including new enrollments, changes, and employee communications.

- Help maintain company policies, procedures, forms, and HR resources.
- Assist with compliance-related activities and required employment documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR-related spreadsheets and records.
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with special projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of administrative, HR, recruiting, or related experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of an organization.
- Strong customer-service mindset and a willingness to help others.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
