Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Support Remodeler to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of remodeling projects, providing essential support to lead remodelers and project managers. Your hands-on skills and knowledge of construction processes will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Assist with demolition, framing, and finishing tasks across residential and commercial remodeling projects
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to support project activities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of work
- Support installation of cabinetry, flooring, tile, drywall, doors, windows, and other fixtures
- Conduct inspections for quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications
- Prepare surfaces through plastering, caulking, painting, or concrete finishing as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining a safe work environment
Experience
- Prior construction experience in remodeling or general contracting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes
- Hands-on experience with carpentry, roofing, masonry, glazing, or related trades is a plus
- Knowledge of construction management practices and site safety protocols
- Ability to operate tools such as drills, saws, scaffolding equipment, and concrete mixers
- Experience working on construction sites with exposure to heavy equipment operation and site inspections
- Strong understanding of building codes and standards related to residential or commercial renovations

Pay: $25.41 - $30.60 per hour
