We are looking for self-motivated, technically minded people who are serious about learning appliance repair and becoming professional technicians.
Experience is not required — we provide training. However, this position is only a good fit for someone who is responsible, reliable, hands-on, willing to learn, and able to stay productive without constant supervision.
We also welcome experienced appliance repair technicians.
Compensation & Work Volume:
This is a performance-based position. Compensation is based strictly on the number of work orders that are successfully completed and closed.
Each technician receives an average of 6 - 12 work orders per day.
Our company provides training not only on appliance repair, but also on how to complete jobs efficiently, manage your daily route, and close as many work orders as possible in order to maximize your earnings.
There is no fixed income limit. The more work orders you successfully complete and close, the more you can earn. This position is best for someone who is self-motivated, organized, productive, and does not want their income to be limited by an hourly wage.
Experienced technicians have the potential to earn well over $100,000 per year, depending on completed work orders, skills, efficiency, and performance.
Our company works directly with well-known appliance brands, including samsung, LG, Midea, and others. We also work with major Home Warranty companies across the United States.

What You Will Learn:
How to work with refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, and other appliances
How to identify parts needed for repair
Advanced skills over time, including sealed system and compressor repairs
