Pay Rate:
- Frisco, TX: Approximately $60/hr W2
- Bellevue, WA: $65–$70/hr W2
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce development experience, relevant Salesforce certification, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce components.
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and other platform features.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and systems using APIs and web services.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and maintain code quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and web services.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and security.
- Salesforce Certification is required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Preferred
- Candidates local to Bellevue, WA or Frisco, TX.
- Experience working on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce deployment tools.
