About Us:
Less than a year ago, Brad Hubler purchased the Honda franchise in Columbus. We have assembled a team that has turned it into a very customer-centric establishment, achieving a CSI that is currently 4th in the nation amongst Honda dealers (previously not even in the top 1000). We have had a dramatic increase in all departments and need an experienced sales team to help us have a smooth transition into our brand new facility near Edinburgh Outlet Mall in approximately 1 year.

Responsibilities will include:
-
Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities

Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and organizing test drives

Negotiating deals with customers

Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system

Generating leads for our F&I managers

Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals

Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales
Specific skills required:

1-2 years automotive sales experience required
