This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with a basic technical background who is looking to grow into a service and technical support role.
You’ll be involved in day-to-day service operations, helping customers troubleshoot equipment, and supporting logistics and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote support and guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps
- Assist with coordination of service activities, parts, and shipments
- Track open service cases and ensure timely follow-up
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Help maintain organized service and inventory records
