Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure our customers experience reliable comfort and efficient property maintenance.
Duties
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues.
- Conduct field service visits to install, repair, or upgrade HVAC/R equipment and appliances.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to perform precise repairs and component replacements.
- Maintain detailed service records, complete work orders, and document all repairs performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of refrigerants like ammonia refrigeration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC, refrigeration, or related mechanical fields.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans.
- Experience with construction projects or property maintenance is a plus.
- Familiarity with field service procedures and equipment repair techniques.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL or <PERSON> driver certification preferred.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools and troubleshoot electrical components effectively.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
