General Manager – Rita’s Italian Ice (Mentor, OH)
Salary: $37,000–$50,000/year (bi-weekly pay)
Schedule: Full-time | 45–50 hours/week

Rita’s Italian Ice in Mentor is seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to join our growing team. With rapid expansion underway, our current General Manager is being promoted to a multi-store supervisory role—creating an immediate opening for the right candidate to step in and lead our flagship location.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations in alignment with Rita’s standards and systems, manage scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training of team membersMaintain product consistency, quality, and cleanlinessExecute inventory control, ordering, and cash management processesFoster a motivated and friendly work environment focused on staff developmentEnsure compliance with HR policies and food safety standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license, Ability to pass a background check, Prior experience in food service or retail management strongly preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Training & Growth:
Comprehensive training will be provided on-site with a certified trainer. Additional off-site training may be conducted at Rita’s corporate training center. This position offers excellent growth potential for individuals looking to develop a long-term career in restaurant leadership.
