Responsibilities
- Conducting internet searches using search engines (i.e. Google, Indeed, Careerbuilder, Dice, ZipRecruiter etc.), Bullhorn ATS / CRM and online website communities (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook) to find candidate resumes or profiles
- Interview, screen and assess skillsets for active, open positions to identify those candidates who are the best fit
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for industrial & manufacturing positions
- Manage candidate pipeline flow from application through offer
- Communicate with hiring managers, department managers/supervisors to align on manpower needs, demand, and candidate readiness
- Oversee scheduling of candidate interviews and manage the process of moving candidates through the hiring process stages
- Post requisitions and track candidates through the hiring process utilizing internal applicant tracking system
- Interviews and recommends placement of candidates
- Compile and create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track metrics and goals
- Respond to all customer/employee requests on a timely basis and document activity in ATS / CRM database
- Meet minimum daily standards as outlined in the metrics and Monthly Billing reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally within the staffing industry.
- Proficiency with Bullhorn and MS Office is ideal.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to think outside the box and not afraid to make suggestions
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time
- Quick learner and ability to think fast on your feet
- Team player, but also independent and motivated without much supervision
- Strong desire to succeed, goal oriented
