Job Summary
Wesley Landscaping is looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our growing landscaping team.
This is a hands-on outdoor position. You’ll work alongside our crew performing lawn maintenance, landscaping, property cleanups, and other outdoor projects for residential and commercial customers throughout the area.
What you’ll do:
- Mow, trim, edge, and blow properties
- Perform landscape maintenance and cleanups
- Prune shrubs and small trees and maintain planting beds
- Load and unload equipment, materials, and debris
- Operate zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, hand tools, and other landscaping equipment
- Assist with mulch, planting, grading, drainage, hardscape, and other landscaping projects
- Keep trucks, trailers, equipment, and job sites clean and organized
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew
- Provide professional, respectful service to our customers
- Take direction, learn new skills, and help the crew get the job done right

Landscaping, mowing, construction, equipment operation, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required for the right person.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are preferred.
Pay & Opportunity
$15–$28/hour depending on experience, skills, reliability, and responsibilities.
Experienced applicants who can operate equipment, work independently, and help lead a crew can earn toward the top of the range.
