Lighthouse Electrical Contracting, Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Administrator to join our growing team. This position serves as the first point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors while providing administrative and accounting support to our office.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction office.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Welcome and assist employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Enter and organize Accounts Payable invoices.
- Scan and upload Accounts Receivable and banking documentation into Foundation Software.
- Perform credit card data entry and monthly credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist with data entry and administrative support for the accounting department.
- Keep the front office and reception area organized and professional.
- Assist management with special projects and general office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or office experience required.
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with Foundation Software or construction accounting software is a plus, but not required.
- Friendly, dependable, and professional with a positive attitude.
Schedule
- Part-Time (25–30 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday
- Day shift
Compensation
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
