Job Summary
A Long-Term Care Nursing Manager plays a vital leadership role within our dynamic community, driving excellence in patient care, staff management, and operational efficiency. Duties
- Lead and coordinate nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient or student care, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinical operations, patient outcomes, and educational programs
- Work closely with nursing leadership to manage departmental budgets effectively, allocating resources to optimize staffing, supplies, and training initiatives
- Collaboration with nursing leadership in areas of staff recruitment, onboarding, ongoing education, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and competent team
- Collaborate with academic faculty or healthcare administrators to integrate educational curricula with practical training needs
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, health regulations, and institutional policies through regular audits and quality assurance measures
- Provide leadership in crisis situations, guiding teams through emergencies with confidence and clarity

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
