The JH Baseball Coach is responsible for leading and supervising the Fresh/Soph Baseball Team and assisting the HS team. This position focuses on teaching fundamentals, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, and developing student-athletes in a positive and safe environment while preparing them for High School.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and leading practices and games
Teaching baseball fundamentals and game strategies
Supervising student-athletes at practices and competitions
Communicating effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff
Supporting a positive team culture within the Junior High Activities Department
Qualifications:
Knowledge of baseball fundamentals and rules
Ability to work well with high school students
Coaching or playing experience preferred
Required certifications and background check
