ECS is seeking multiple SVP of Human Capital to work in our Remotely.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the human capital strategy aligned with organizational goals, leveraging your expertise to contribute to the company's growth and success.
- Leadership Vision: Provide expertise and vision to all aspects of the Human Capital body of knowledge to include: talent acquisition, new employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, reward and recognition, employee engagement and retention initiatives, succession planning, organization and staff development, leadership/bench strength development, staffing, and EEO considerations.
- Organizational Design: Spearhead initiatives related to organizational design, driving efficiency and effectiveness to support business objectives.
- Systems Implementation: Oversee the implementation of human capital systems, enhancing operational efficiency and providing valuable insights through data-driven decision-making.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Play a crucial role in navigating the complexities of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing the potential of new additions to the company.
Requirements:
- 16+ years of experience leading human capital initiatives, teams and processes at a Fortune 1000 organization with 4,000+ employees.
- Experience working with organizations who provide consulting and technical services and solutions.
- Experience in providing strategic leadership to a human capital team and translating organizational strategy into measurable operational delivery.
- Demonstrated capability in adapting and innovating HR practices and solutions and scaling and/or right-sizing based on a fluid, fast-paced organization.
- Evidence of creating a climate for transformational change and successfully developing a new cultural and best practices perspective, engaging all employees, encouraging open dialogue, and fostering new ideas.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
