Job Description
- Determining the needs of customers & communicating that to the technician
- Update customers on the progress of their vehicle
- Provide great customer service
- Verify warranties, develop estimates, write repair orders
- Must be able to use Dealertrack & Xtime

Monday-Friday 8-5
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
