The Porter ensures proper cleanliness and curb appeal of the community's exterior appearance. Porters are also expected to assist with other maintenance items as directed by the Community Manager or Service Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Ideal Candidate:
- Keep community grounds clean to company standards
- Pick up trash and debris around the property on a regular basis
- Blow and/or sweep building breezeways and stairways
- Water the landscaping and greenery
- Assist all make-ready personnel with move-ins as needed
- Promote a positive attitude and assist with resident requests
- Must provide own tools where applicable
- Ability to speak, listen, read and write English with sufficiency proficiency to maintain a safe environment at all times, which is a business necessity, as further detailed above.
- Practical experience with minor repairs and maintenance duties for multi-family properties
What you’ll need to Succeed:
- A clear understanding of business concepts, processes and the principles of strategic thinking
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of experience in Property Management
