Job Title: Entry Level Sales Representative

Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling is growing fast, and we’re looking for driven individuals to join our Entry-Level Sales team. In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners and set appointments for exterior home improvement projects.
We’re on track to reach $15M in revenue next year, and our sales team plays a critical role in that success. We offer a product line customers love, including windows, doors, roofing, siding, and bathroom remodeling.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with homeowners in pre-selected territories within an hour of our Pittsburgh office
- Build rapport and generate interest in our exterior home improvement services
- Set free in-home consultation appointments for our outside sales team
- Represent a trusted, established brand with premium products
- Represent the company at home shows, trade shows, and exposWork outdoors while staying active and meeting new people daily
- Use this role as a pathway into sales or management opportunities within the company
What You’ll Earn
- Base pay + multiple bonuses + uncapped commissions
- Bonuses paid daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Total compensation: $30,000 -$80,000 per year
- Top performers can exceed expectations (one rep averaged $54/hour in their first month)

Requirements
- Availability to work until 6:30–7:00 PM Monday - Friday and some weekends as needed
- Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally within assigned territories
