We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our AT&T team. If you love tech, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by uncapped earnings, this is the perfect opportunity.
In this role, you will be responsible for actively pitching AT&T services, identifying customer needs, and closing sales on wireless lines, upgrades, home internet, and a full suite of add-on services including insurance, accessories, and protection plans.
Your success is measured by your sales performance, attainment metrics, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Engage customers on the sales floor, build relationships, and proactively pitch AT&T products & services
- Sell new lines, device upgrades, trade-ins, accessories, insurance, and AT&T Fiber / Internet Air
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and RCS (Retail Compensation Structure) goals
- Perform full customer journey: discovery → presentation → closing → follow-up
- Educate customers on their bills, surveys, and value-added services
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with promotions, devices, trade-in offers, and plans
- Keep the store environment clean, organized, and ready for business
- Work as part of a team to drive store performance and deliver 5-star service every day
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and persuasive sales skills
- Ability to confidently pitch services, handle objections, and close sales
- Goal-oriented mindset — motivated by hitting quotas and maximizing commission
- Friendly, customer-centric attitude with a passion for technology
- Ability to work flexible retail hours (weekends, evenings, holidays)
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not require
