This position requires someone who has reliable transportation; someone who is willing to perform patient assessments as needed; provide clinical supervision; and be willing to travel throughout the Northern Virginia community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and care plans, including vital signs and medical history documentation.
- Administer medications accurately while following HIPAA regulations for medication management.
- Provide clinical supervision as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license with current registration in the state of practice.
- Familiarity with infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Excellent communication skills (working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays is a plus).
- Bi-lingual capabilities is a plus but not mandatory.
