We are currently looking for a Veterinary Receptionist for our six doctor animal hospital in Manasquan, NJ. Experience preferred. Knowledge of Cornerstone software a plus.
Competitive salary and generous benefits offered. Weekend Urgent Care hours are a must. Urgent Care shifts also receive an additional incentive pay on top of the hourly rate. Weekday shifts available but not necessary.
Duties include:
Providing outstanding customer service
Communicating with Doctors and clients
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Invoicing
Filing
Taking prescription refill requests
