Join Our Home Care Team
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide high-quality home care services throughout the MetroWest and Greater Boston area. This is a per diem position offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives while working independently in the home setting.
Primary ResponsibilitiesRegistered Nurse (RN)
- Conduct comprehensive initial patient assessments
- Perform and manage wound care treatments
- Administer injections
- Provide IV infusion therapy (RNs)
- Develop and update patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with physicians and care team members
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Provide skilled nursing visits in the home setting
- Assist with wound care treatments
- Administer medications and injections as permitted by scope of practice
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising RN
- Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and treatments
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing
- Home care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage visits efficiently
