JOB REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a dependable Day Porter to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal at our client sites. This role involves outdoor cleaning, trash removal, light maintenance, and responding to on-site needs. You’ll work independently and sometimes alongside other team members to keep properties looking at their best.
JOB DUTIES
- Arrive on time and work safely ·
- Clean and maintain common areas, walkways, and parking lots
- Remove litter, debris, and graffiti; restock supplies
- Report safety hazards, vandalism, or biohazards
- Communicate with supervisors via phone, text, and email
- Take and send site photos when requested
- Use backpack blowers, sweepers, and basic hand tools
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable transportation to work sites
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Available for flexible shifts, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license (if operating company vehicle)
- Cell phone required for timekeeping and communication
- Janitorial or porter experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Complete timecards and check in/out via mobile app (ADP/IVR)
