We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter for our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying industrial and construction-grade paints to various equipment and components, ensuring quality finishes that meet safety and durability standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team committed to precision craftsmanship and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking prior to painting using hand tools and power tools
- Operate airless paint spraying equipment, brushes, rollers, and other application tools efficiently
- Apply coatings with precision using auto body repair techniques and fabrication skills
- Handle materials safely using forklifts, cranes, and proper materials handling procedures
- Conduct inspections with precision measuring instruments to ensure coating quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams on assembly, machining, welding, and auto painting tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial painting or construction painting environments
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding, auto body repair, and auto painting techniques
- Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, airless paint sprayers, and other fabrication machinery safely
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality control checks
- Warehouse experience or materials handling expertise preferred
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles for efficient workflow management

Pay: $24.06 - $28.39 per hour
