being on the production line being part of and supervising, Assisting the Plant Manager of a food manufacturing plant, in daily operations, corrective and preventive maintenance requirements, generating, auditing, and Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of a building in repair.
The Production Assistant will support the Plant Manager in supervising the production team on daily tasks such as: receiving raw materials, preparing food, and all other activities required until the final product is packed. Proven Food Manufacturing Expertise.
The PA will ensure that the company delivers and meets food safety compliance requirements; , and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
