Job Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members in a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform light accounting duties including assisting with data entry, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
- Maintain and organize office filing systems, ensuring that documents are filed accurately and securely.
- Help maintain an orderly and efficient front office environment.
- Provide additional support to accounting and administrative teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
