About the Role
Join our friendly, established State Farm agency in Paso Robles for a stable, Monday–Friday office position with excellent customer service focus and growth opportunities. What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with insurance policy questions, changes, payments, and claims.
- Process day-to-day policy updates and maintain accurate client records.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide personalized support.
- Work collaboratively in a small, positive team setting representing the industry leader in auto insurance.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience working with the public (retail, hospitality, or office settings welcome).
- Professional office experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented, team player with a positive and upbeat attitude.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook (or willingness to learn).
- Reliable, professional, and committed to superior customer interactions.
Schedule & Work Setting
- Full-time, Day Shift, Monday–Friday.
- In-person office role in Paso Robles.
