Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to existing clients and potential customers to promote products and services
- Engage customers through personalized communication, ensuring a positive experience
- Gather and update customer information accurately through data entry and CRM systems
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes for analysis and reporting purposes
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, correspondence, and data management
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette during all outbound communications
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing customer engagement and retention
- Assist in analyzing customer feedback and call data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Handle basic cash transactions when necessary with accuracy and integrity
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or client services within a call center or similar environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally over the phone
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer applications
- Skilled in outbound calling techniques with a focus on building rapport and closing opportunities
- Good analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of call center operations, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
