SHIFT: 1st- 7:00am - 3:30pm
STARTING WAGE RANGE: $21.00 -$23.00 per hour with three scheduled wage increases the first year of employment
Monitors production schedules and expedites the flow of materials and parts through production areas to ensure on-time delivery for external and internal customers. Promotes and utilizes standard safety practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Verifies customer pricing and lead times with estimating.
Reviews documents that include but are not limited to; purchase orders, job orders, bill of materials, specs, drawings, etc to support on time customer deliveries and metrics.
Coordinates with purchasing, planning, materials, quality assurance, production and other departments as needed to ensure all production supplies and raw materials are available and accounted for, in a timely manner.
Communicates schedules to all internal departments and external customers as needed utilizing spreadsheets, electronic communication, and verbal communication.
Works with accounting on invoice discrepancies.
