Metro Children's Services is one of New York City's leading Early Intervention providers, helping infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) reach developmental milestones through compassionate, family-centered care.
We're actively hiring New York State Licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide home and community-based Early Intervention services throughout Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Manhattan.

What You'll Do
- Provide individualized Occupational Therapy services to children ages birth to 3 in their natural environments
- Evaluate developmental needs and create personalized treatment plans
- Address fine motor development, sensory processing, feeding, self-help skills, and functional independence
- Coach parents and caregivers with practical strategies to reinforce progress between visits
- Complete Early Intervention documentation accurately and on time
- Collaborate with families, Service Coordinators, physicians, and other therapy professionals to support each child's development
Qualifications
- Active New York State Occupational Therapist (OT) License required
- Early Intervention or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while managing your own schedule
- Passion for helping young children and supporting families
