As a Machine Operator, you will manage manufacturing machinery and assist with various production tasks throughout the facility. To keep our workflow efficient and flexible, you will receive cross-training in several areas, such as general production and roll forming. Your work is essential to the creation of premium products for the construction, mining, and tunneling sectors, and you will be expected to uphold rigorous standards for productivity, quality, and safety.
Primary Duties:

Oversee and control manufacturing tools, including presses, roll formers, and related equipment.

Execute routine machine configurations and tweaks to keep production moving smoothly.

Ensure the safe and effective handling of raw materials and completed inventory.

Help the team reach daily and weekly production goals by maintaining a consistent pace.

Expand your skill set by mastering multiple production roles to improve overall facility output.

Assist various departments to ensure that manufacturing operations continue without interruption.

Rotate between different workstations to address changing production requirements.
Qualifications:

Completion of a GED or high school diploma.

Prior background in an industrial or manufacturing setting is a plus.

Demonstrate the ability to handle manual labor and operate equipment in a high-speed setting.

Possess fundamental mechanical skills, such as replacing wires or small parts.

Follow written work instructions accurately.
