Position
Immediate Supervisor: KGI General Manager
Wage Information: Salaried required to work 80+ hours bi-weekly.
Qualifications: Candidate required to have a High School diploma or G.E.D. with at least two (2) years related office experience. Will be expected to perform with minimal supervision, possess basic clerical skills, extensive computer knowledge, and ability to set priorities, organize and coordinate work efficiently and to establish good personal relations with co-workers, vendors, business associates. Financial background helpful in assisting with accounts payable/receivable. Candidates are subject to licensing background criteria and pre-employment testing.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Observe strict confidentiality in all matters of duties performed by this position.
- Responsible for coordinating and maintaining documentation relevant to all KGI properties.
- Responsible for establishing, organizing, and maintaining files, knowledge of word processing and use of Excel and Word.
- Responsible for all secretarial duties for KGI Board President and Board of Directors.
- Responsible for proofreading, research and editing of products being presented for internal/external documentation.
- Responsible for classifying, storing, and retrieving information upon request such as contracts, outside licensing, but not limited to.
- Making copies of records for distribution and tracking material to ensure they are delivered/returned for record keeping.
- Maintain records of meetings and transcribe recorded meetings of the KGI Board of Directors.
- Maintain and set up appointments/phone calls for KGI Board President and KGI Board of Directors and keep daily calendar so you can keep KGI President informed of appointments.
- Responsible for insuring mail is date stamped, and the pick-up and delivery of daily mail.
- Responsible for handling all travel by Casino staff/KGI Administrative employees such as registration, hotel accommodations, per diem and ensure proper documentation is presented before arrangements are made and upon return of travel all receipts are submitted with final trip report.
- Ensures that the highest possible standards of guest service are number one.
- Wear gaming badge at all times while on duty or conducting company business, unless at another Casino and it is not allowed.
- Be courteous and professional at all times to co-workers, customers, vendors or anyone you may have contact with while on duty.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.

- Four (4) hours of Sick Leave begins accruing with the first paycheck and each full check during employment. This amount remains the same throughout employment.
