This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader who can manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, read plans and specifications, solve jobsite issues, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently. - Maintain strong jobsite safety standards and enforce OSHA and project-specific compliance requirements.
- Review and interpret architectural plans, project specifications, submittals, and field documentation.
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and field communication using Procore or similar construction management software.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, company leadership, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Support work in occupied public facilities, transit environments, municipal buildings, universities, hospitals, and active commercial spaces.
- Remain flexible for occasional night, weekend, or off-shift work when required for MBTA shutdowns or occupied facility access.
